Day 2 Gothenburg - Thorskog Slott

Pick up your car and drive to Thorskog Slott for overnight, a fairytale-like castle.

Day 3 Thorskog Castle - Sunne

Travel past beautiful Lake Fryken. Visit Maarbacka, home of Selma Lagerlof, and Rottneros Castle, with its sculpture and flower park. Overnight in Sunne.

Day 4 Sunne - Mora - Tallberg

Drive to Mora, home of the Zorn Museum and the Vasa Race. See where Sweden's famous Dala Horse is manufactured and visit thousand-year-old copper mines. Overnight in Tallberg.

Day 5 Tallberg - Kolsva

Continue to Kolsva. Overnight in Kolsva.

 Day 6 Kolsva - Stockholm

 Continue to Stockholm, with its museums, shopping, and historic sights. On the way, include the magnificent Uppsala cathedral and castle. Overnight in Stockholm.

Day 7 Stockholm

Itinerary ends after dropping off the car in Stockholm.
