Dear Dora, Thank you very much for this wonderful trip. I couldn't expect more from amazing 8 days. All was very well organized, without unexpected bad surprises. The landscapes were just amazing! We saw a lot of Norway – cities, and countryside with mountains and valleys, fantastic fjords and friendly people. Stockholm was stunning with its beautiful historical buildings, unusual museums ( like Vasa museum, which I liked immensely). The guides were very knowledgeable and supportive. We have just got home from the trip to the Scandinavian Capitals. It was so interesting that we would like to do it again without hesitation. We did a lot of walking which requires good health and good shoes! This was not a laid back relaxing trip as we had to see so much. Our guide did a great job. All of the travel plans were very well organized and went on time. We especially like Bergen fjords and Vasa museum in Stockolm but other sites were marvelous as well. The accommodations were of good standard and a variety of food was offered. There was always something for every taste. We traveled in the middle of summer, so the weather was perfect. We met a few nice people who were wonderful travel companions.

Susie, We had a good time. Hotels were well chosen (though walking directions from/to train and boat would have helped). We especially enjoyed Kviknes in Balestrand. Oslo and Glacier tours were good, and we found a local celebration in Fjaerland. Connections worked well, though we were disappointed, that, as you discovered, there is no early boat from Balestrand to Bergen on Sundays (in June and July – high season!). It was raining while we had to wait for the evening boat. That was the only hitch. Nice job. – Tom – Thomas Spiro -

Bobby, Our Scandinavia trip back in June was such a fun time for the whole family. I wanted to reach out and thank you for all of your help and guidance in the months leading up to the trip. I know we had a lot of concerns, but you answered all of our questions and really eased our minds. Spending 12 days in these countries that none of us had ever been to really taught us and the kids a lot. There’s no better way to teach your children about history than to actually bring them to new places and let them see and experience it for themselves. Our guides were very knowledgeable and that’s something my wife and I definitely appreciated.

Dear Dora, Wow! Just writing to thank you so very much for planning this amazing trip to Scandinavia. Visiting Sweden, Norway, Finland and beyond was a lot of fun! You are a very organized planner and you helped make our trip unforgettable. We really covered a lot of ground in just 12 days. This trip was also our first experience on a cruise (from Flam to Balestrand) and it was really wonderful and relaxing. Can’t wait to do that again. The Union Hotel in Geiranger and the Clarion Hotel Sign were our favorite hotels on this trip, mainly for the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness, and the breakfasts. We loved all of the hotels, but those two really stuck out for us.
