Dear Susie, We have spent 11 beautiful days on our Scandinavian tour and wanted to reach out and say thanks. We couldn't have planned such a fun trip without your guidance. I've always wanted to see Copenhagen, so that was the highlight of the trip for me! I absolutely adore the biking scene there... I'd move there in a heartbeat just for that! Riding the Flam Railway was another highlight. So gorgeous. The Union Hotel in Geiranger was the best hotel, by far. Holy cow! I'd say our least favorite hotel was the Radisson BLU Plaza in Oslo. Our room was a bit outdated and I found a few stains here and there... Not a huge deal, but I think the hotel just needs some updating.

Susie, Thank you so much for the great job you did in planning our trip to the Baltic countries. The hotels and guides were excellent and the visa process was easy with your help. I felt the stay in each country was organized in a smart way and we really utilized our time in each place. I think the people in the Tallinn area weren't as nice as they were more in say, Vilnius and the southern cities, but it wasn't a big deal. We enjoyed ourselves for sure. I will definitely contact you again on any future trips that include Baltic tours, or maybe even Scandinavia. It is wonderful to work with travel agents that you know you can trust and depend on. Dear Alex, Thank you so much for the splendid arrangements you made for us on our trip to The Baltic States. The hotel accommodations were great and in perfect locations. Our tour guide, Dahlia was super sweet, professional, and always patient. No complaints about the food or length of tours. All great. Special mention: Our hotel in Riga had a great bathroom. Hi Bobby, We recently went on the Baltic Highlights Deluxe tour and I wanted to commend our guide, Miss Ona. She did a wonderful job of sharing her enthusiasm and knowledge about the three countries, and she handled any problems that came up with grace and tact. The guides in the other cities were also very good. Our hotels were nice and the service was always spot on. Weather in Tallinn wasn't the best, but what can you do? I was impressed by how organized each tour was, as well as the dinner reservations each night. Dear Dora, It has been a couple of weeks since our return from the Baltic tour and I have been away again for a week. However, I did want to thank you for arranging our delightful trip. My sister and I were happy that our friend, Stavrula, was able to share our adventures. We were all very pleased with our accommodations in each city and found the food everywhere was delicious and the people very friendly. Nearly everyone we met spoke English and we learned that they had learned it in school. It seems that English is one of the compulsory subjects in all the schools.

Alex, Thank you so much for the splendid arrangements you made for us on our trip to the Baltics. The air and rail travel went smoothly (after the brief layover delay we had of course) and we slept well once we got to our destination. The hotel accommodations were well located, well appointed and offered excellent breakfasts. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helpful. Very importantly, I feel certain we never would have been able to see and enjoy all that we did if we had tried to go it on our own.
