On the very first night when we are suppose to meet the tour guide, there needs to be a sign or some other means of telling us where to meet or who to meet. This information should also be given to the hotel front desk know. I looked for the meeting location/person for more than half an hour and never found her. The hotel did not have any information. We did not know what time we needed to leave the following morning. Thankfully, our guide was able to find us. The rest of the tour went well.
