I hope all is well at the office. I just wanted to check in and let you know how much my wife and I appreciated your help planning the tour of Scandinavia we went on in July. Everything was totally hassle free and I'm glad we were able to put our trust in the hands of an expert, because we would have been completely lost without you! Everything was great, really. Our guide, Erik, was spectacular and so energetic. I don't know how he was able to keep up with our group and talk, talk, talk and never let it phase him. Very impressive. He made it worthwhile for us I think because he was so pleasant to be around each day. Bonnie and I formed friendships with a few other couples who were also on the tour and we've already emailed with each other a few times since returning home. Experiencing the Scandinavian region with my wife was very special. We just celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary and our goal is to travel to every continent and explore as many regions together as we can. Those two weeks seeing Denmark, Norway, and Sweden were just perfect. More places we can check off our list! Thanks again for everything, Alex. How are you? Your help planning this trip to Scandinavia was excellent. You were on our side from the start and helped us in any way you could. We've never used a ticket agent over the Internet before, so I was skeptical, but you made me change my mind. I appreciate that. As for the trip, it was just as amazing! Just reading about the day-to-day events on the Internet got us so excited. We went to places we had never been before, and we went when the time was right for us. I can't say enough good things about Erik, our wonderful helper. All of the hotels were in great places, and the buffet lunches each morning were great. I was interested in Catherine's Palace and the Amber Room in St. Petersburg, as well as the Royal Palace, Parliament Buildings, and Royal Theater in Stockholm. So beautiful was the scenery in Norway... Everything was so well thought out. So again, thank you! I would strongly suggest Nordic Saga Tours to anyone who is interested in Scandinavia and Russia.

Thanks for your help while we planned this trip to Scandinavia. We had a blast together and it was the perfect escape for our hectic lives back home! Two weeks surrounded by gorgeous fjords and Scandinavian culture couldn't have been better. We loved our small group, and our guide was a treat as well. Other than my battle with a dreadful head cold the first couple of days, our trip went over extremely well and I have no complaints about your services or your company at all. It was very professional throughout and so organized. Not having to worry about accommodations or timing or tickets or any of that stressful stuff really made our vacation enjoyable.
