Dora, We arrived home Saturday night from 10 wonderful days on a great Scandinavia tour (rainy weather aside). All our transportation connections worked out perfectly and we couldn't have experienced an easier time moving from city to city. The car rental company provided us a brand new Passat wagon, and the drop off point was within walking distance of the Color Line terminal. Hi Dora, Tom and I were participants on your Amber Coast tour in June, just one of the many Baltic tours your company offers. I haven't gotten around to writing you an update about the trip, so I thought I would now! It was really nice chatting with you in the spring as we tried to decide which tour would be the best choice for us. I think the Amber Coast tour really catered to people like us who have a deep love of history and an appreciation for Europe.

Susie, Thank you so much for the great job you did in planning our trip to the Baltic countries. The hotels and guides were excellent and the visa process was easy with your help. I felt the stay in each country was organized in a smart way and we really utilized our time in each place. I think the people in the Tallinn area weren't as nice as they were more in say, Vilnius and the southern cities, but it wasn't a big deal. We enjoyed ourselves for sure. I will definitely contact you again on any future trips that include Baltic tours, or maybe even Scandinavia. It is wonderful to work with travel agents that you know you can trust and depend on. Hi Bobby, We recently went on the Baltic Highlights Deluxe tour and I wanted to commend our guide, Miss Ona. She did a wonderful job of sharing her enthusiasm and knowledge about the three countries, and she handled any problems that came up with grace and tact. The guides in the other cities were also very good. Our hotels were nice and the service was always spot on. Weather in Tallinn wasn't the best, but what can you do? I was impressed by how organized each tour was, as well as the dinner reservations each night. Dear Bobby, It is now just about 10 days since we got back from the 8 day tour that you arranged: Baltic Highlights, starting August 23rd. It was an excellent tour in most respects. All of the local guides were excellent. We do have one suggestion, and I think we speak for most if not all of the participants. There was too much time in Riga.
