Dear Alex, We are back from our Baltic trip and wanted to thank you for your expertise and all of your help planning this amazing tour. We got to see really amazing sights in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania which was a lot for just a seven day tour! I felt our time was spaced out really nicely though and we never felt rushed in any location. The hotels were all beautiful and the staff at each place always made us feel really welcomed. Dear Bobby, We recently completed your Northern Highlights & St. Petersburg tour, from 7/22 to 8/5/14. My wife, Chris, and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour and felt it was well planned and of good value. Our only quibble would be in the city tours with local guides. When there are no stops on such a city tour and little time to go back and explore on our own, the benefit to the client is minimal. In St. Petersburg, the local guide tour was coupled with many stops over several days and the experience was terrific.. Our Robinson tour guide for the trip was Anna Knudsen. This is a remarkable lady who appeared very experienced and looked after our group like a mother hen.

Hi Dora, Thanks for your help in planning our trip back in October. We really enjoyed ourselves. I can't say enough good things about the guides we had. They were really knowledgeable and accommodated us at all times. We got to see the Northern Lights more than once which was a real treat. "Chasing" them was awesome! A really unique experience for the whole group. The hotels were nice, the food was unique, and our memories will never be forgotten. Again, thank you for making this Iceland tour so wonderful. Dear Susie, Our cruise was wonderful--I could wheel my cousin in the wheelchair all over and down the cargo ramp to shop at all stops of an hour or more--the Norwegian shop owners were so accommodating (one moved sweater shelves so we could enter through the store room--no steps--)--some just came and helped us over the highest thresholds and steps--several times we hired a handicap van and my cousin was wheeled right up into it from the back and the drivers stayed with us for where ever we wanted to go sight see or shop and then delivered us to the ship!! We heard a great concert one night at midnight-- It was this cousins' (EM) first trip out of the country and she thought is was great!! (Heaven, in fact, as she said)--my sister and I

Susie, Amazing adventure!  Your assistance in organizing our three-week, self-guided tour through Sweden, Norway, and Iceland is greatly appreciated.  The hotels you selected for us met all of our needs, and we enjoyed our stays and appreciated your assistance.   All of the flights, trains, ferries, ships, and buses that you had planned for us ran smoothly.  We rode the Hop-on Hop-off buses in most of the big cities to see the sights.  We loved our time in Gamla Stam in Stockholm, the Norway in a Nutshell train ride (including our overnight in Flam), the Geiranger and North Cape shore excursions on the Hurtigruten MS Midnastol Northbound voyage, and the Blue Lagoon and Golden Classic tour in Iceland.
