Dear Susie, We have spent 11 beautiful days on our Scandinavian tour and wanted to reach out and say thanks. We couldn't have planned such a fun trip without your guidance. I've always wanted to see Copenhagen, so that was the highlight of the trip for me! I absolutely adore the biking scene there... I'd move there in a heartbeat just for that! Riding the Flam Railway was another highlight. So gorgeous. The Union Hotel in Geiranger was the best hotel, by far. Holy cow! I'd say our least favorite hotel was the Radisson BLU Plaza in Oslo. Our room was a bit outdated and I found a few stains here and there... Not a huge deal, but I think the hotel just needs some updating.
Great
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, Maria was a great guide. She was so knowledgeable about the history, buildings and art she showed us and guided us round some very long queues at the Hermitage etc! It was also very interesting to chat with someone who has experienced the big changes in Russia first hand and hear about her family. We enjoyed the ferry trips though not the long queues to check in to the ship, the cabin was comfortable and there was plenty of choice at the food buffet. The hotel was really excellent, fabulous room, good breakfast and the pool complex is very impressive. We also appreciated the very central location of the hotel. – Fiona Yates -
Amazing trip
After our 6-Day Southbound Norway Coastal Voyage, we are back home and would like to thank Nordic Saga Tours for arranging this fantastic trip for us. We did the trip with on Hurtigruten cruise going from Kerkenes to Bergen. It was a very nice experience. The nature around us was amazingly beautiful. Besides, we went on a few excursions. Some of them were impressive, some not worth going. The excursion to Nidaros Cathedral in Trondheim was shorter than advertised and not worth the money we paid. On the other hand, the Midnight Concert in the Arctic Cathedral in Tromso and the art-nouveau trip in Alesund were very good and highly recommended. Snowmobile safari was very good as well. The boat staff was very professional.
We made a Southbound Norway Coastal Voyage in 6 days and are very happy we went for it
We made a Southbound Norway Coastal Voyage in 6 days and are very happy we went for it. It was just amazing. I have never seen more beautiful cliffs and coastal landscapes. The boat was nice and cozy. All was perfect. Excursions are a bit expensive, but it is possible to investigate the ports on your own. No complaints. Thank you Nordic Saga Tours for arranging this trip within a short time and in such a professional way. Judy Yan – Judy Yan -
6-Day Southbound Norway Coastal Voyage was a remarkable experience of fantastic natural beauty
6-Day Southbound Norway Coastal Voyage was a remarkable experience of fantastic natural beauty. We have just finished this cruise. We enjoyed the beautiful views during all the cruise. The food on the boat was excellent, varied and plentiful. The crew was helpful and friendly, and very professional. We went on 2 trips. The trips were expensive, but if this is once a lifetime cruise we enjoyed ourselves as much as we could. The cabin was comfortable. On a downside, there was no entertainment on the boat, just the fantastic scenery. All in all, we loved this cruise and recommend it to everybody. Angela M. Barrett, Italy – Angela M. A very successful and enjoyable trip
A very successful and enjoyable trip We went to Iceland mostly for the northern lights. Everything was good from the start. We booked this combination trip of whale watching and northern lights through Nordic saga company as they were the ones who gave us enough information about what to expect, how get ready for the trip and a lot of tips about Iceland and the attractions there. We are very satisfied and happy we did this trip and are looking forwad to new adventures. Tom and Lisa B – Tom and Lisa B -
