A local guide will take you on a panoramic tour of Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. This thousand-year-old city beautifully combines historical charm with modern sophistication. During the tour, you’ll have the chance to admire Copenhagen’s elegant architecture and visit the famous Nyhavn district — with its colorful houses and lively harbor. (Optional: join the Classic Canal Tour for a different perspective of the city.)

Continue past Amalienborg Palace, home of the Danish royal family, and on to the Island of Power, where landmarks such as Christiansborg Palace (seat of the Danish Parliament), the Old Stock Exchange, and the National Museum are located. The tour concludes with a visit to one of Copenhagen’s most beloved symbols — The Little Mermaid statue.

Afterward, enjoy free time to continue exploring the city at your own pace.

In the afternoon, continue north through Denmark to reach Hirtshals, where you’ll board an overnight cruise to Norway.

Option B – Lysefjord Cruise & Preikestolen Hike
Combine a scenic fjord cruise from Stavanger to Lysefjord with a spectacular hike to the world-famous Preikestolen. From the top of this iconic plateau, you’ll be rewarded with one of the most breathtaking panoramic views in Norway.

Dear Susie,
We have spent 11 beautiful days on our Scandinavian tour and wanted to reach out and say thanks. We couldn't have planned such a fun trip without your guidance. I've always wanted to see Copenhagen, so that was the highlight of the trip for me! I absolutely adore the biking scene there... I'd move there in a heartbeat just for that! Riding the Flam Railway was another highlight. So gorgeous. The Union Hotel in Geiranger was the best hotel, by far. Holy cow! I'd say our least favorite hotel was the Radisson BLU Plaza in Oslo. Our room was a bit outdated and I found a few stains here and there... Not a huge deal, but I think the hotel just needs some updating. The breakfasts at all hotels were fine, we felt satisfied each morning before heading out on tours. The tours each day were great, we saw so much. Loved the fjords and scenery in each country. Overall, a really nice trip to Scandinavia. Thanks again for your help, Susie.
