This tour takes you to the Scandinavian capitals of Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo. It also includes a short Baltic cruise from Stockholm to Helsinki. You will visit the elegant city of fairy tales Copenhagen, the Viking capital Oslo and sophisticated Stockholm. After exploring the capital cities with their cobbled streets, palaces, and canals, you will dive deep into the beauty of the magnificent Norwegian Fjords, and the wild nature of Scandinavia.
Arrive in Stockholm and transfer to the hotel. Stockholm is a beautiful capital of Sweden situated on the water, with numerous canals and a picturesque old town.

After breakfast, Stockholm, a 4-hour city tour by a private coach. Discover Stockholm's many sights of interest, such as the Royal Palace, the old town (Gamla Stan), the Parliament, the Island of Djurgården, and the City Hall with its gorgeous golden and blue halls (entrance to City Hall included).
In the afternoon, explore Stockholm on your own. We suggest one of the popular canal tours, a visit to the Vasa Museum, or the popular ABBA museum.

Breakfast at your hotel. Transfer by private coach to the railway station in Stockholm. Board the SJ train which will take you to Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. Unfortunately, no luggage handling is possible at the train stations. Duration: Approx. 5 hours. A hot meal will be served on board and you’ll be travelling first class.
Arrival in Copenhagen and transfer by private coach to your hotel, located in the city center, close by the charming Nyhavn harbour, with numerous waterside restaurants and vintage sailing ships, and within a short walk to the Ströget pedestrian street. Dinner on your own.
Overnight at Copenhagen Admiral Hotel (B)
Breakfast at your hotel, followed by a 3-hour sightseeing tour of Copenhagen with a local guide. Explore Copenhagen's numerous sights of interest are the Christiansborg places of interest: the Royal Theatre, the Royal Palace Amalienborg, the City Hall, the old harbor of Nyhavn, and the Little Mermaid, the Rosenborg castle (no entrances included), and the Gefion fountain.
Afternoon free to explore Copenhagen on your own. We recommend a visit to the Rosenborg Palace or pedestrian shopping street – Strøget. You might also like a stroll in the famous Tivoli Gardens (the entrance fee is not included). In the harbour across from the hotel you can join a canal cruise on board one of the smaller boats for a more personal cruise experience.
Overnight at Copenhagen Admiral Hotel (B)
After breakfast, explore the city on your own, or take one of the many guided boat tours on the canal. Shopping is always a good option.
In the afternoon, we transfer to DFDS Seaways terminal for the overnight cruise to Oslo, departing at approximately 15:00 hrs.
We recommend bringing an overnight bag for this cruise, to avoid having to carry suitcases to and from the cabin. Luggage can easily be stored in luggage compartment before boarding (coach will stop right by the compartment).
Delicious Scandinavian buffet dinner on board as you sail up north between Denmark and Sweden, on your way to Oslo. You may sit on the deck and watch the sunset or enjoy entertainment and dancing onboard.

After disembarkation, a 3-hour Oslo sightseeing with a local guide. Enjoy the panoramic views of Oslo, Oslo's main street - Karl Johans gate, the Opera house, the Old town Christiania, the Royal Palace, Akershus Castle, and Fortress. Visit the picturesque Vigeland Park showcasing more than 200 unique sculptures.
Entrance is included to the Norwegian Folk Museum, an open air museum with 160 historic buildings with a main attraction being the Gol Stave Church from around 1200.
They also have indoor exhibitions which feature Norwegian folk costumes, folk art, church art and Sami culture.
In the afternoon, explore Oslo on your own. Experience its unique od and modern architecture, Edward Munch museums, walk through the new city district Bjørvika, past the Deichman Library. We also suggest a stroll along Aker Brygge, a lively pier with its numerous restaurants and sightseeing boats on the Oslofjord.
Overnight at a centrally located Thon Hotel Bristol (B)
After breakfast enjoy a panoramic tour of Oslo, including entrance to the Fram Museum, before driving via Hønefoss along the charming Halling Valley to the tourist resort town of Gol. Lunch in Gol.
Cross the wild Hardanger Mountain Plateau to Fossli, stopping to view the thundering Vøringsfoss Waterfall with a vertical drop of 180 m. Descend the amazing Måbødal Canyon to the idyllic Hardanger Fjord. Cross the Hardanger Bridge, followed by a short drive along the Ulvik Fjord, a branch of the Hardanger Fjord, to the picturesque village of Ulvik.

After breakfast, we will take a scenic tour along the beautiful Hardanger Fjord, famous for its many fruit orchards, via the towns of Øystese and Norheimsund, arriving in Bergen around midday.
Afternoon 2 hours city sightseeing in Bergen with a local guide, including a visit to the popular Fish and Flower Market, the famous Bryggen Harbour with its gabled packhouses, and the old Hanseatic Quarter.
After the city tour, you’ll go on a return ride on the Bergen Funicular to the top of Mount Fløien. Enjoy great views over the fjords and mountains surrounding the city of Bergen.

After breakfast, we will drive to Voss, where we board the train for a spectacular ride on Flåm Railway, one of the world's most beautiful and steepest railways.
Right after, we depart onboard a ship for a spectacular fjord cruise on the narrow Nærøyfjord sailing from Flåm to Gudvangen. Surrounded by steep valley sides and snow-covered peaks, thundering waterfalls and picturesque villages, this area is undoubtedly one of the most stunning fjord landscapes globally, rightfully listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
We continue our fjord exploration by coach through the amazing Stalheim Canyon and Nærøy Valley, across the Vika Mountains to Vangsnes, for the short ferry crossing to the beautiful resort of Balestrand.

Free day free in Balestrand is an excellent opportunity to explore the beautiful nature of the fjords. You may relax on the hotel terrace, taking in the fresh mountain air and stunning views, or walk in the town and visit the local art gallery and aquarium, exploring Balestrand's historic buildings and other sites. Another great option is to rent a rowing boat or a bike, or hike to the nearby mountains.

After breakfast, we leave by ferry from Dragsvik to Hella and take a scenic trip along the northern side of the Sognefjord.
The tour continues by road to Fjærland, passing under the Jostedal Glacier, the largest in Europe, to the village of Skei at the northern end of beautiful Lake Jølster. Descend to the Nord Fjord, making a detour at Olden to visit the world-famous Briksdal Glacier.
The journey up to the glacier will be made in open cars – “Troll cars” - and takes you to the stand about 700 m away from the glacier. You will have a nice walk to the glacier, before returning by Troll cars.
After lunch at a local restaurant, continue by coach to Hellesylt. Enjoy a cruise on the Geirangerfjord, one of the narrowest fjords in Norway, from Hellesylt to Geiranger.
The Geirangerfjord is one of the most famous fjords in the world and has been a part of the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2005. Surrounded by deep blue water and green valleys, you will also experience magnificent waterfalls such as the "Seven Sisters" and
the "Bridal Veil".

After breakfast, experience the thrill of the roads twisting and turning through one hairpin bend after another leading to Geiranger Skywalk - Mt. Dalsnibba. Then, experience the most stunning panoramic fjord views on Earth (subject to weather conditions).
We drive across the rugged Grotli Mountains towards Lom, famous for its 14th-century stave church. Next, via Lake Vågå, before descending the magnificent Gudbrands Valley to the famous tourist town of Lillehammer. Finally, go alongside Lake Mjøsa, Norway’s largest lake, and arrive in Oslo, the capital, situated at the head of the Oslo Fjord.
