Please add in Bergen when arriving at the airport, you meet Bergen Taxi outside by the taxi line, not in arrivals as stated, also in Bergen when meeting the food and culture tour at the fish market, you meet the guide outside at the entrance to visitor information, no at visitor information. Anne Knudson was an extraordinary guide. She gave us the full history of the sites we saw and she was a tremendous help finding information for me regarding my ancestors from Norway, and I was actually able to meet one of my cousins near our stop in Balestrand. She helped me prepare with all kinds of information. She was always careful to see we were informed, safe, on time, on schedule, and able to do the things we wanted to do. The Splendor of the Fjords was outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Norway for the first time. My advice, though, would be to go in June, as we did, when the snow is still melting off the mountains and cascading into the fjords. We passed hundreds of such splendid waterfalls. And in June, it was green and flowers blooming everywhere. Our tour guide, Christhina Romano and bus driver, Robert, were outstanding and attentive to all our needs. The hotels along the route were more than adequate, providing outstanding breakfasts and accommodations.
