Just wanted to say thank you very much! The trip was great. Kari was great. Most of the Hotels were great or fine for one night. The country is beautiful; too cold for my Florida blood, but I managed. The adventures (horse back ridding, snow snowmobiling, etc) were also great. We found the hotels accommodations were comfortable with excellent dinners as well as service. The breakfast buffets had a big variety of food . The bus we had however was very cramped for people of larger stature and uncomfortable for travel. The overhead bins were too small for a daypack and often squeked. Our tour guide was professional, accommodating and offered many interesting facts along the way. We would have liked more time for hiking at some of the parks and less bakery/comfort stops. We found the circle tour to be beautiful...showcasing the volcanic terrain, the spectacular waterfalls and quaint fishing villages. Kudos to our travel agent who patiently helped us with our inquiries and transportation.

Just wanted to let you know our Iceland trip was fantastic! You did a wonderful job as all of our transfers and extra tours went smoothly with no problems. The tour itself was incredible and the only comment I have was we were disappointed with the bus. We did a small group tour and the bus was very tight in that it was configured as two and one seats. The seats were narrow and the leg room was a very tight squeeze for anyone over 5’6” or over. We expected a luxury tour bus, not a bus that was similar to airport transports. Our trip around Iceland with a group of 15 people was one of the best trips we have taken. The scenery was spectacular and diverse, the hotels were comfortable, and the food was delicious. Our guide did a good job of both driving and guiding, although we could tell that the long days of driving were not easy for him. There was also no opportunity to ask questions when we were driving with regard to some of the information he gave us. It would have been better if we had had a separate driver and guide. Also, be aware that you will have to carry your own luggage to and from the hotels without any help, which can be difficult in the hotels that have no elevator. Overall, we would highly recommend this trip. – Erika Daileda -

Susie, Thanks for making our Iceland tour so exciting. We had a great time searching for the Northern Lights and exploring all the sights the country had to offer. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the Blue Lagoon. Such a tranquil and beautiful place. The snow made it that much more magical. The tours were well thought out and I felt our time in each location was perfect. I loved the guides and felt I learned a lot which I wasn't really expecting. Send them my thanks!
