In Search of the Northern Lights Southbound
What an amazing journey! This small Hurtigruten ship takes you really close to the wonderful Norwegian coast , visiting many ports, navigating the small islands and fjords. The food on board was very good as well as the service. We enjoyed learning about the Northern Lights and enjoyed the fantastic scenerie of Aurora on one of the nights. The best part of the journey was traveling through fjords large and small as well as the number of sea days where you could simply relax watching the scenery unfold in front of you. We also thoroughly enjoyed the variety of excursions. Those who like lots of activities when traveling should look for some other tours. This one is relaxing and mostly watching. We liked it!

We had an eight-day tour chasing Aurora in Iceland. It was not only Aurora chasing, but it was also a fantastic trip around Iceland.
We had a wonderful time. The hotels were superb . The visits to glaciers, volcanoes and waterfalls was unforgettable experiences.
The food was even better than I expected. The seafood soup, salmon sous vide, cod and tasty desserts were all very special.
But the highlight of course was the spectacular northern lights! It was phenomenal. We were very much excited.
Nordic Saga and their parters' in Iceland service was superb. The staff was friendly and helpful in all we needed.
We recommend this tour without any doubt.

Iceland and Greenland - a very good tour
I did a few tours in Iceland but this one was exceptional. My impressions are only positive. The guides were friendly and informative. All other service was efficient. Before this trip Nordic Saga Tours agents were extremely helpful both via email and over the phone and I was very confident in every detail.
During the tour each and every activity was well-organized, interesting, and tremendously enjoyable. Greenland's wildlife was stunning as well as all Arctic life. It was very interesting to learn something about Inuit culture. Great photo opportunities, if you want to bring home a piece of these remarkable countries. I still see gigantic icebergs in my dreams. They made a stunning imprint in my memory as well as the Eqip glacier.
