Sonia and I feel very fortunate to have found Nordic Saga Tours online when we first started talking about wanting to plan a trip to Scandinavia. Working with you has been a treat and we both really appreciated your friendly demeanor and how you asked all of the right questions to get this vacation going smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our adventures through Copenhagen, Oslo, Helsinki, Stockholm, and everywhere in between! The hotels were very comfortable, no complaints there, and centrally located which was a nice bonus. For those two weeks, having the reservations for dinner each night and how the sightseeing tours were all organized in advance for us, we were able to devote all of our time to simply enjoying ourselves rather than rushing around and planning and worrying about missing out on any cool locations in each city. While we were definitely exhausted each night, it was worth it. We appreciated the professional way in which the planning and preparations were managed and we feel confident in recommending Nordic Saga Tours to anyone intending to travel to Scandinavia in the future. Thanks to Susie at Nordic Saga for all her help in planning this itinerary. Her suggestion of staying in Balestrand instead of Flam was a winner - everyone's favorite stop on the tour. The hotels throughout were fantastic. The included breakfasts were all good and the one dinner in Balestrand was also very good. Temperatures in Norway during our travels were high and the lack of AC in the hotels was a slight hinderence especially in Bergen where it was too hot to close the windows at night but if you didn't the noise from the harbor was also too loud to sleep so not many ZZZ during that stay. Overall high marks all round for a well put together trip. Thank you

Anne Knudson was an extraordinary guide. She gave us the full history of the sites we saw and she was a tremendous help finding information for me regarding my ancestors from Norway, and I was actually able to meet one of my cousins near our stop in Balestrand. She helped me prepare with all kinds of information. She was always careful to see we were informed, safe, on time, on schedule, and able to do the things we wanted to do. Extraordinary scenery, tours, stops, food, and free time was just right.
