The 6 days in Iceland were one of the best trips of my life. Iceland is incredibly beautiful, and it is not as cold as I thought before. We explored the lagoons beneath great glaciers, waterfalls, visited local volcanoes and swam in the famous blue lagoon hot springs. The hotels were of high standard. Food expensive but of very good quality. The guides were knowledgeable and very professional. Everyone we met spoke English so it was easy to communicate with the local people who were very warm and friendly.

Our 5 day bus tour along the south shore was nothing but beautiful. We stoped to see the UNESCO World Heritage site, Fontana, Geysir; the waterfalls, Icelandic farmlands with and the beautiful Reynisfjara beach. I was stunned by the Vatnajokull glacier. We also visited the Eyjafjallajokull Volcano Center, the Greenhouse Village and enjoyed the Blue Lagoon. Our guide gave us a lot of information and showed us the best possible sites. At night we watched northern lights if the sky was clear.
I highly recommend a visit to Iceland for the sights you will not find elsewhere. Thank you Nordic saga Tours for recommending this tour for us and arranging all the details so efficiently.

We did this 6 night tour of the south side of the Iceland in Nov. We received so much interesting information and saw so many stunning sights along the way that we would have missed half of this had we done a self drive. The bus was comfortable, the company was great. The itinerary took us through all of Iceland's fantastic scenery. The hotels we stayed at were very good quality with excellent food. We will definitely explore other areas of Iceland next time and again book the tour trough Nordic Sag Tours as we were very satisfied with their service.
