Hi Susie,
Thank you for helping us book our trip to the Baltics! We had a great time with the family and couldn't have done it without you. From St. Peter and Paul's Church in Vilnius, to Toome Hill Park in Tartu, there is so much history in these countries and we all feel fortunate to have had the chance to experience such deep history and to explore the halls of the ancient buildings in each place. I've always felt at home in Europe in a strange way. I love the lifestyle there and the food always seems to taste just a little bit better than anything back home. :) Our hotels were all great except for the hotel in Nida. The location was beautiful but the a/c didn't work in our room which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel staff was nice and brought fans to the room which helped a little. (They were really booked that night so they were unable to move us.) It was okay though and the temperature cooled off the later it got anyway. Other than that, no complaints about any of the restaurants or activities along the way. Our Baltic tour was delightful!

Hi Alex,
I hope all is well at the office. I just wanted to check in and let you know how much my wife and I appreciated your help planning the tour of Scandinavia we went on in July. Everything was totally hassle free and I'm glad we were able to put our trust in the hands of an expert, because we would have been completely lost without you! Everything was great, really. Our guide, Erik, was spectacular and so energetic. I don't know how he was able to keep up with our group and talk, talk, talk and never let it phase him. Very impressive. He made it worthwhile for us I think because he was so pleasant to be around each day. Bonnie and I formed friendships with a few other couples who were also on the tour and we've already emailed with each other a few times since returning home. Experiencing the Scandinavian region with my wife was very special. We just celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary and our goal is to travel to every continent and explore as many regions together as we can. Those two weeks seeing Denmark, Norway, and Sweden were just perfect. More places we can check off our list! Thanks again for everything, Alex. I'd definitely recommend Nordic Saga Tours to friends or anyone hoping to travel Scandinavia with ease.

Dear Susie,
Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your hard work planning our trip to Scandinavia over the summer. Sorry it has taken a while to follow up. You know how it is when you get back from vacation... Reality sets in and you have to spend a ton of time playing catch up. Bleh! That vacation was MUCH needed for both of us. We felt like we were floating in the clouds for those two weeks. The Scandinavian region is highly underrated! All those fjords and sprawling sceneries... Not to mention the city life in each region! Also interesting and charming in a whole new way. I love trying new food when I travel, so eating Scandinavian dishes and smorgasbords was so exciting. The only complaint I have has to do with one of our hotel rooms in Oslo. No matter what we did, we couldn't get it any cooler in the room. I asked the staff for help but there wasn't much they could do, either. I guess they were fully booked too, so we couldn't switch rooms. A bit disappointing but at least it was only for one night! Other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves and everything was marvelous. Thank you for helping us arrange such a nice Scandinavian tour together.
