Bobby, Hello! I hope you had an enjoyable trip to India. I'm reaching out to THANK YOU for your hard work in setting up our trip to Finland & Norway. Karen & I had a great time! We enjoyed your recommendations, especially the Fjord & snowshoe trip in Flam. The hotels you booked for us were easy to find & usually within walking distance. We especially found the Thon Hotels accommodating & the staff friendly. The only disappointment was the Culture Food Walk in Bergen. The guide/leader never showed up? We talked with the Tourist Information Center & they assured us we were in the right place. We organized our day around the tour & felt a little stood up.

My wife and I had a GREAT time. The tour guide, Simone de Greef, really made the tour the joy it was. The Ice Cave tour (extra) was so much more worth it than I had imagined. The Lava Tube tour was also great. The frozen water falls were beyond expectations. All the Iceland history, legends, sagas, geology, volcanic discussions & views provided by Simone were great too – John Peters -

Hi Bobby: My clients returned home yesterday, and they had a fabulous time. Samona, their tour guide was top of the line knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Maybe you can provide that feedback to the people that run the tour company. They had a great display of the Northern lights from one side of the night sky to the other. food and lodging were fine. Landhotel exceeded expectations. Only issue with guide is that she sometimes forged ahead and slower people were left behind. Otherwise outstanding knowledge base and teaching skills. Prioritized our safety during weather problems. Great driver. Biggest disappointment was unrealistic expectations for Northern Lights. I think that is pervasive in the industry. We should know ahead of time that the streaming colorful ribbons seen in photos are not that common and that "success" is defined as seeing what looks like a faint gray cloud bank. We had a wonderful time, the trip was amazing and well organized with every connection clearly well thought. The walking tour in Bergen was a highlight, the snowmobiling and dog sledding we're exciting and the people were very kind. The independent nature of this trip was ideal with a full clear itinerary. The hotels were top notch and the breakfasts were excellent. Bobby was available if we had any problems which we did not. Highly recommend! – Karen -

Bobby A wonderfully planned experience. Thank you. We loved it. I would make only 2 tiny suggestions for your itinerary that you sent. Please add in Bergen when arriving at the airport, you meet Bergen Taxi outside by the taxi line, not in arrivals as stated, also in Bergen when meeting the food and culture tour at the fish market, you meet the guide outside at the entrance to visitor information, no at visitor information.
