Hi, Bobby. I just wanted to follow up with you to thank you for your hard work in (twice!) arranging the recent vacation trip for JoAnn Ali and me. It really was a wonderful experience! I would heartily recommend the vast majority of the items on our itinerary. I would encourage you to recommend that your future clients have at least one more day in Copenhagen than we did. There were a number of museums and other attractions that we would have loved to visit with more time. We truly loved the "Nutshell" trip from Oslo to Bergen and our stays and excursions in Flam and Balestrand. We're just so glad you suggested those overnight stays on the route! We also were very happy with our hotels, with the exception of the Bergen hotel.

Hi Bobby, I want to report that overall the trip was fantastic, especially the Greenland portion where I had the most wonderful guide, Karl Sandgreen. He took me everywhere and was always available to help. I also loved the Food Walk in Reykjavik the first night. The Hotel Arctic was splendid as was the time on boat outings with Captain Lars. I had one glitch when I arrived back in Reykjavik on June 11 to stay in a superior room for two nights at Centerhotel Plaza. My plane was delayed so I did not get to the hotel until 7:30 pm. They only had one room and it was like a dark, dreadful storeroom, #113 with covered windows so high up no one could reach. I refused the room.

My guide for the Baltic capitals of Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn was full of information and looked out for everyone. The hotels were nice and the schedule was a good mix of planned activities and free time. The transportation was good and I felt orientated to each of the places. I really enjoyed the trip and would not hesitate to tell someone to take it. Things seem to break down in Helsinki. We lost our Baltic countrie's guides and our new guide didn't meet us at the ferry and we were on our own to get settled. (The bus driver did meet us at the ferry). The guide wan't very informative either. The hotel provided neither coffee or internet and I had to change rooms to get an internet signal and ask repeatedly for coffee.

Hi Bobby: We had a great trip. Thank you for all your help in arranging it. I even took a helicopter ride over the new volcano eruption and the hotels at the beginning and end of the trip were super. – David Cheser -
