Review about Bergen in a Nutshell by Thomas and Patty McCurdy

Hi Dora, We've arrived back home after a whirlwind of a trip to the Baltics! This part of the world is really beautiful and I'm so glad we decided to take the plunge. I've always loved Europe and have explored quite a bit on my own over the years, so seeing a new part of the continent with my wife was a special experience for both of us. We loved Lithuania which is where you mentioned you were from, and now I can see where you get your pleasant personality! :) The people in Vilnius were very good to us, and they welcomed tourists with open arms. While all of the hotels were nice, my personal favorite was the Radisson in Riga. We were told it was the only hotel in the Baltics that had a spa, so we took full advantage of that. Much needed. Also, the view from the Skyline bar couldn't be beat. Other highlights in Riga include the Old Riga Castle, the Dome Cathedral, and the Latvian National Opera House. Again, hats off to you for pulling this fabulous Baltic tour together for us! Your expertise and care is very evident. Cheers from California, Thomas and Patty McCurdy
