Our first kudos go to Susie Main who was extremely accommodating and helped us to book an amazing tour. She was very patient with questions and very thorough - a big thank you to her! .This small group tour of 12 with Thor as our driver/guide was amazing and even better than we had hoped it could be! The vehicle was perfect as well as the Itinerary and we saw Northern lights a bunch of nights with Friday 27th being a spectacular event! Thor was the perfect guide and made all of the difference. He was extremely helpful with taking photographs of the Northern Lights and filled with so much great information. He couldn't be any more accommodating. The Itinerary was perfect - I can't think of a thing that I would change . Thor was flexible and sensitive to our needs yet kept us on schedule so that we didn't miss a thing. The hotels were fine and even the places that we stopped for lunch were reasonable with good food. While the trip was well planned I do believe that our guide made all of the difference between great and superb! I would highly recommend this trip to all!

Thank you for helping us plan our trip to Scandinavia. We enjoyed seeing Denmark, Norway, and Finland with your company. Our tour was just over a week long, and we were able to experience so much. Our guide, Jon, was extremely helpful and knew his way around like the back of his hand. Loved seeing the Senate Square, Uspenskij Cathedral, Parliament House, Finlandia Hall, and Sibelius Park in Helsinki. Also enjoyed our time on the Silja Line ferry. The Viking Museum, the Munch Museum in Oslo were some of my favorite museums. I have nothing to complain about other than maybe the weather the last couple of days, but that couldn't be avoided. Overall, our Scandinavian tour was a lot of fun. Thanks!

Our guide and driver, Martina was exceptional. Completely flexible and accommodating. Her background and historical info on every stop was superb. Her energy and humor are remarkable. She has the gift of making every participant feel special. The van was OK, the hotels were OK but what made the tour special was Martina's enthusiasm and wit. All the young people, guys and gals, on the desk staff at the Natura were extremely helpful. They walked me thru some cell phone and communications issues with patience and understanding and never gave the impression they were too busy to help. I'm not sure the staff at a US hotel would have been as helpful. Since the Natura was my first and last nights the service was especially valuable.Overall trip was well done.
