Susie, Thank you so much for the great job you did in planning our trip to the Baltic countries. The hotels and guides were excellent and the visa process was easy with your help. I felt the stay in each country was organized in a smart way and we really utilized our time in each place. I think the people in the Tallinn area weren't as nice as they were more in say, Vilnius and the southern cities, but it wasn't a big deal. We enjoyed ourselves for sure. I will definitely contact you again on any future trips that include Baltic tours, or maybe even Scandinavia. It is wonderful to work with travel agents that you know you can trust and depend on.

The city tours of Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius, and others were all educational and well organized. The english speaking guides working for your company are fantastic and we really enjoyed them. This part of the world sure is beautiful and we couldn't be happier with how the trip went. All hotels were clean, and rustic, though one was maybe a bit large for the two of us! Thought I'd send a quick review about my fjord tour. I really have nothing bad to report. All went well and a great time was had. I think I went at the right time of year because the weather was perfect. All guides were knowledgeable, all hotels were clean... The people of Norway were welcoming and friendly. I didn't have any issues. I even bonded with a few other people on the tour so that was nice... (I was traveling alone so I was a bit worried about that.) Thanks for making sure everything was up to my standards. If I travel Scandinavia again someday, I'll shoot you an email.
