The Iceland tour was amazing. I've never seen anything more beautiful in my life. Hotel accommodations were above average. Traveling very comfortable. Tour guides very nice and knowledgeable. We met a few lovely people from other countries. Would love to return to Iceland and do the same tour again. I was surprised at how expensive everything is, but I still loved it. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip to Iceland. We booked the tour Ice Cave Tour and Highlights of the South Shore through Nordic Saga Tours and were very satisfied with the service we received. The 6 days in Iceland were one of the best trips of my life. Iceland is incredibly beautiful, and it is not as cold as I thought before. We explored the lagoons beneath great glaciers, waterfalls, visited local volcanoes and swam in the famous blue lagoon hot springs. The hotels were of high standard. Food expensive but of very good quality. The guides were knowledgeable and very professional. Everyone we met spoke English so it was easy to communicate with the local people who were very warm and friendly.

Our 5 day bus tour along the south shore was nothing but beautiful. We stoped to see the UNESCO World Heritage site, Fontana, Geysir; the waterfalls, Icelandic farmlands with and the beautiful Reynisfjara beach. I was stunned by the Vatnajokull glacier. We also visited the Eyjafjallajokull Volcano Center, the Greenhouse Village and enjoyed the Blue Lagoon. Our guide gave us a lot of information and showed us the best possible sites. At night we watched northern lights if the sky was clear. I highly recommend a visit to Iceland for the sights you will not find elsewhere. We did this 6 night tour of the south side of the Iceland in Nov. We received so much interesting information and saw so many stunning sights along the way that we would have missed half of this had we done a self drive. The bus was comfortable, the company was great. The itinerary took us through all of Iceland's fantastic scenery. The hotels we stayed at were very good quality with excellent food. We will definitely explore other areas of Iceland next time and again book the tour trough Nordic Sag Tours as we were very satisfied with their service. Thank you for the experience of the lifetime!
