International flight Boston to Oslo with connection in Reykjavik leaves at 8:50pm.
July 19
Arrival in Oslo at 12:35 pm.
Upon arrival in the capital of Norway, public transfer to your hotel.
Oslo is the capital of Norway, located at the head of the Oslo Fjord. If you arrive early, we suggest a stroll along the harbor Aker Brygge, offering many restaurants, tour boats on the Oslofjord, etc.
Please be at the hotel lobby at 19:50 to meet your tour escort and fellow travelers, right before dinner.

July 20
After breakfast, we depart Oslo and drive via Hønefoss along the beautiful Halling Valley to the tourist town of Geilo and stop for lunch.
After lunch, we cross the wild Hardanger Mountain Plateau to Fossli. We will stop at the thundering Vøringsfoss Waterfall with a vertical drop of 180 meters. Continue the ride, descending the amazing Måbødal Canyon to the idyllic Hardangerfjord. Cross the Hardanger Bridge, continue driving along the Ulvik Fjord, a branch of the Hardanger Fjord, to the charming Ulvik village.
Dinner and overnight at the Brakanes Hotel, located on the banks of the fjord, in rooms with fjord views.
July 21
After breakfast, we will take a scenic tour along the beautiful Hardanger Fjord, famous for its many fruit orchards, via the towns of Øystese and Norheimsund, arriving in Bergen around midday.
Afternoon 2 hours city sightseeing in Bergen with a local guide, including a visit to the popular Fish and Flower Market, the famous Bryggen Harbour with its gabled packhouses, and the old Hanseatic Quarter.
Dinner and accommodation at Clarion Hotel Admiral, right in the heart of Bergen near the harbor.
July 22
After breakfast, we will drive to Voss, where we board the train for a spectacular ride on Flåm Railway, one of the world's most beautiful and steepest railways.
Right after, we depart onboard a ship for a spectacular fjord cruise on the narrow Nærøyfjord sailing from Flåm to Gudvangen. It is undoubtedly of the most stunning fjord landscapes globally, rightfully listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
We continue our fjord exploration by coach through the amazing Stalheim Canyon and Nærøy Valley, across the Vika Mountains to Vangsnes, for the short ferry crossing to the beautiful resort of Balestrand.
Dinner and accommodation at Kvikne's Hotel, superbly located on the banks of the fjord and surrounded by mountains.
July 23
Enjoy a traditional Norwegian buffet breakfast served in the hotel's elegant dining room in the morning.
Free day free in Balestrand is an excellent opportunity to explore the beautiful nature of the fjords. You may relax on the hotel terrace, taking in the fresh mountain air and stunning views, or walk in the town and visit the local art gallery and aquarium, exploring Balestrand's historic buildings and other sites. Another great option is to rent a rowing boat or a bike, or hike to the nearby mountains.

July 24
After breakfast, we leave by ferry from Dragsvik to Hella and take a scenic trip along the northern side of the Sognefjord. Then we continue north to Fjærland, under the largest n Europe Jostedal Glacier, descending to the Nord Fjord, with a short at Olden where we visit the world-famous Briksdal Glacier in open "troll cars" - allowing the best views. Finally, you will enjoy a traditional Norwegian lunch in sight of the glacier.
After lunch, we drive via Loen and Stryn to the charming Hellesylt village, where we board a cruise along the Geirangerfjord, one of the most famous fjords globally, listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2005.
Surrounded by blue waters and lush valleys, you will also see magnificent waterfalls such as the "Seven Sisters" and the "Bridal Veil."
Dinner and accommodation at the Union Hotel Geiranger, overlooking the Geirangerfjord.
July 25
After breakfast, experience the thrill of the roads twisting and turning through one hairpin bend after another leading to Geiranger Skywalk - Mt. Dalsnibba. Then, experience the most stunning panoramic fjord views on Earth (subject to weather conditions).
We drive across the rugged Grotli Mountains towards Lom, famous for its 14th-century stave church. Next, via Lake Vågå, before descending the magnificent Gudbrands Valley to the famous tourist town of Lillehammer. Finally, go alongside Lake Mjøsa, Norway’s largest lake, and arrive in Oslo, the capital, situated at the head of the Oslo Fjord.

July 26
Buffet breakfast transfer to the airport. Flight Oslo - Reykjavik leaves at 1:45 pm and arrives in Reykjavik at 2:45 pm. Upon arrival in Reykjavik transfer to the hotel.
July 27
08:00 am meet your Driver and Guide at Bus stop 2 Higlights: Skógafoss waterfall – get close to the cascade and walk the uncountable steps to the brim of the waterfall for an unforgettable view. Reynisfjara black sand beach – walk along the black sand beach to the basalt columns, washed out by the Atlantic ocean. Vik village - perfect for lunch and view the Reynisdrangar rock stacks. Dyrholaey rock arch – take the drive to the lighthouse at Cape Dyrholaey and see the waves beating against the cliffs and natural rock arch. Solheimajökull outlet glacier - take an easy walk to see the outlet glacier from the best viewing point Seljalandfoss waterfall – a picturesque waterfall where you can walk behind Gljúfrabúi waterfall, the “gorge dweller” – walk from Seljalandfoss waterfall along the rock cliff to this little gem and dare walking into the gorge for a closer look: waterproofs highly recommendet!

09:00 am meet your Driver and Guide at Bus stop 2
Higlights: Thingvellir National Park—walk among the geological wonders of the fissure zone and in the footsteps of the early Viking settlers where the Althingi parliament was founded. Gullfoss—feel the mist of glacial water as it cascades down one of Iceland’s most famous waterfalls Geysir—hear the bubbling of the mud pots, smell the sulfur in the air and watch in awe as the geyser Strokkur blasts boiling water into the air Photostops en route 5 pm stop at Covid testing in Reykjavik. Coach will wait. Continue to Bus stop 2.
