Greenlandic icebergs - unforgettable adventure!
No trip can be compared to this one. We enjoyed every minute of it.
We had an opportunity to view the incredible Ice fjord, nearly touch the Equi Glacier getting close to it on a scenic boat tour.
We liked the walking tour through Ilulissat and discovered the Greenlandic culture thanks to the knowledgeable guide who was eager to explain to us every detail of the Arctic life and ancient Inuit culture. The Arctic hotel we stayed at had amazing views of the Icefjord and was just 15 - 20 minutes away from the main town , and the same distance from the ice fjord. It was nice, clean and warm. A fantastic place it the end of the world!
It was an amazing adventure! Thank you for arranging it for us in a short time.

Discover Iceland and Greenland
Our trip to Greenland and Viking places was incredible!
I would like to thank Nordic Saga for arranging such an amazing tour for us. It exceeded all our expectations. The scenery with icebergs, fjords, and glaciers was beyond our imagination. In Narsarsuaq we stayed at a nice basic hotel. It was really basic but our room was big, warm and clean. The hotel staff was nice and friendly and spoke some English. The buffet at breakfast was excellent with good selection of cereals, breads, meat and a pastry. There was internet in the hotel but we had to pay for it. Not a big deal, though.
We spent a very enjoyable time walking and enjoying the great views. Traveling by boat through the ice-filled Erik's Fjord was fantastic as many other unforgettable experiences. We all were stunned by the majesty of the surrounding mountains and glaciers.
It was the best trip in my life so far. We will certainly return to this wonderful part of the world to explore it more thoroughly.

Royal Capitals and Norway's Fjords
What an amazing journey! Cruising in a small ship is so different from a big ship experience. With a small Hurtigruten ship you can you get really close to the Norwegian coast and can visit so many ports. Some of the ports were very small and we stayed there just about 15 min but other ports were larger and we could explore the location on foot or take an excursion. The ship captain surprised us how skillfully he was navigating the islands and fjords of the coast. We came very close to the cliffs, almost reaching out to touch some of them. Could not fault the food and staff on board . The ship was very nice, good lounge-bar in front of the ship on deck 7, and there was a lovely coffee bar. We had very delicious food - lots of fresh fish and - we enjoyed it! Free drinking water was a good thing, and the wine selection was good, but a bit expensive. The highlight was the beautiful landscape of the Norwegian coast - we had a great trip! Thank you Nordic Saga staff for great service and all the details provided before the trip which was very helpful. Look forward to new trips.
