Dear Dora, We are back from our Scandinavian tour and didn't have any problems, neither in Scandinavia or in Russia. We enjoyed this vacation quite a lot. What made it so very special was the private tours that you arranged for us. It gave us quite an insight into the everyday life of people in Russia and Scandinavia. Maria in St. Petersburg was a jewel and her knowledge of Russian art is amazing. Time just flew when we were with her. She is quite a lady. Olga in Moscow was also very nice and friendly. We were also quite impressed by Alexander, the guide in Oslo. He is a great with the patience of a saint. The only negative from our trip was the traffic jams, especially in St. Petersburg. I wanted to drop you a note to let you know how grateful we are for your planning on our behalf. We will recommend Russia and Scandinavia trips and your handling of our trip to everyone we know.
