Susie, My wife and I just returned from the trip to Scandinavia that you so efficiently put together. From the time we landed in Copenhagen on July 30th and until we got to Stockholm on August 8th, the entire trip was so comfortable and smooth. Thanks to you, we had absolutely no problem anywhere we went. Whether it was hotel reservation or bus travel, whether it was the cruise connection or the breakfast at the hotel, at Stockholm, at Copenhagen, at Oslo and at Bergen, everything was well coordinated. The vouchers and the air tickets were accepted everywhere without any hitch. We want to compliment you for the excellent service you provided considering the fact there were three different countries and many different languages that we had to encounter!
