All the pre-trip arrangements were smooth, and the actual tour itself went very smoothly, with all guides and drivers being on time and knowledgeable. The walking expected on some days (e.g. covering Moscow Metro, Red Square, Kremlin and a museum in one day as well as walking back to hotel because it was a long way from any metro station) was exhausting. Excellent value for money.
