Loved the itinerary. It packed a lot into a week. Was very disappointed, we were not made aware of luggage charges on JetBlue. Then after traveling all day and night, we waited 5 hours for our key. Our bus driver was excellent; Very skilled. Our guide Andre seemed unprepared, often reading info from the same written material we were given. We even took to checking facts on Google, when he spoke off the top of his head. Our first night in the countryside, Andre told us he would check us into hotel, while we retrieved our luggage, then give out room keys. We stood in the lobby waiting his direction, when he simply went down the hall to his room. He did not know what our problem was! Told us to check in at desk ourselves.

Bobby I wanted to provide some feed back on our trip. 1. Princess Maria was ok. The linens in the room on the way to St.Petersburg smelled stale and unwashed. They were better on the way back. And the procedures to disembark at St.Petersburg were chaotic. 2. The guide and driver were excellent. Inna was the guide's name. She kept us on schedule and answered all questions. 3. Petro Palace hotel was very good. Great location and room. The Italian restaurant in the premises was very good. It was a relief from the ferry food. Kumar Doraiswami – Kumar Doraiswami -

Anna – Michael and I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had on our trip to St. Petersburg due to all your arrangements! The hotel was excellent, but most of all, our guide, Maria Ganina, was outstanding! She was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable about all the sites in the city and on excursions. It frankly was incredible how her skills and kindness made our trip one we will never forget. Hi Susie Thank you for organizing all my trips. The Baltics tour with Baltic Vision was very very good. Very well managed and organized. The same for the St Petersburg- Helsinki trip. The tour guide and driver were awesome. I really liked the private tour. I was a little apprehensive about the hotel in Russia. It was not 4 star and not what I am used to. Hi Susie, I wanted to let you know I enjoyed the Northern Lights tour we took March 20 – 27 immensely. We were so lucky to have Helgi as our tour guide. That man is a walking encyclopedia!! He is also very accommodating, and has a great sense of humor. All important traits when giving a tour to a bunch of people who have never been to Iceland before. Dear Alex, Wow! I never thought such a short trip to Russia could be that packed full of sightseeing and adventures! We loved every minute. Thanks for helping us hammer out all the details and also for smoothing over any concerns we had before leaving. You're very professional and I can tell you care a lot about your clients' happiness. Loved the Finnish crystal we picked up in Helsinki, and the shot of vodka was the perfect welcoming to Russia we were hoping for! Visiting St. Isaac's Cathedral and Catherine's Palace was remarkable. Places I've read about my whole life but never actually thought I'd get a chance to see them up close. Very cool.
