Many thanks to Dora who, after my initial fears about food and toilets as I recuperated from an abdominal operation, gave me a good picture of how these things are 'on the ground' so that I could optimistically pay for this trip of a lifetime. I can honestly say that my trip was fantastic. Our guide, Mimir, was superb: really knowledgeable, very responsible and professional, giving us wonderful little 'off the beaten track' experiences that surely many tourists would miss, a safe and excellent driver. The hotels were all fantastic – even the smallest fishing village guesthouse was clean and comfortable and quiet (with a memorable excellent freshly cooked dinner served in Bakki!).

This was a wonderful time spent   in Lofoten. Our guide Olaf took us  the best places to catch Aurora and to  create beautiful photos. Our Northern Lights tour was incredible, and we took great photos  to remember our trip. Thank you for this experience and we will contact Nordic saga Tours for more tripd to Norway. Hi Anna, I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our tour. We did not do the nature walk, the bike ride or the walk on the beach however we felt that we didn't miss out on anything as there was so much to see in each area. The architecture was fantastic in the old towns of Tallinn, Vilnius and Riga. Having the tour in English and German was no problem at all and our guide Janis Liekmanis spoke perfect English as well as German and several other languages. He was very organized and knowledgeable. Most of our daily departure times were at 9 AM. which was excellent. Every one of us on the tour was on time. Attached are a few of the photos I took. Thanks so much for booking our tour. It was a great tour. The tour leader, Janis, was probably the best I have had and I take a lot of tours. I took this particular tour as it was different from all the rest that I found which seemed to follow a set formula. It was great with walks in national parks and talking to the locals, not just a focus on cities. Some of the accommodations didn't have AC which normally would have been OK, but we were there during a heat wave. – Mary Kimball -

We went on Fabulous Scandinavia and Helsinki tour last spring with a group of friends. It was a very very exciting trip! We enjoyed the way it was organized, the choices of the hotels and sightseeing excursions. We were treated with a huge variety of scenery and history, and a plenty of opportunities for a fun time .
