We have chosen a tour Polish and Baltic Jewels as it covered main cities in Poland and nearly all of the Baltic countries. My husband and I are interested in the history of these countries and wanted personally experience them and were not disappointed. The tour was very well organized, the itinerary well chosen. The service was excellent everywhere. We loved the architecture of the cities and the atmosphere of the old towns. The guides were very knowledgeable and friendly . The last but not the least, we brought home a few very nice and original souvenirs from Estonia, Lithuania and Poland. This was a trip to be long remembered. – Paulina and Joe -

This tour was about the outstanding views and the experiences. I should say the food on the ship was outstanding , too, especially if you like fish. The crew was super – friendly, helpful, and very efficient indeed. The crew made our trip very special. The crossing of the Arctic Circle is fun! We picked some excursions which we enjoyed. We didn't go on a lot of excursions as we didn't want to miss some points of interest and ports. The boat is absolutely fine, with a large viewing deck at the back We had one night of quite rough weather but most of the trip is in sheltered water and it was not an issue. What an amazing journey! This small Hurtigruten ship takes you really close to the wonderful Norwegian coast , visiting many ports, navigating the small islands and fjords. The food on board was very good as well as the service. We enjoyed learning about the Northern Lights and enjoyed the fantastic scenerie of Aurora on one of the nights. The best part of the journey was traveling through fjords large and small as well as the number of sea days where you could simply relax watching the scenery unfold in front of you. We also thoroughly enjoyed the variety of excursions. Those who like lots of activities when traveling should look for some other tours. This one is relaxing and mostly watching.

The guides, drivers, hotels and general organization were great. I especially have to mention Maria (Marsha) Ganina (St Petersburg) who was the best guide I have ever had on a tour – and as you know, I have travelled extensively. She was even able to find and return my umbrella to me after I left it in the left-luggage store at the Hermitage! Wonderful person and extraordinarily well-versed in the history of St P's and Russia in general. She became a friend to all of us in a professional manner. 

Hi Alex, I hope all is well at the office. I just wanted to check in and let you know how much my wife and I appreciated your help planning the tour of Scandinavia we went on in July. Everything was totally hassle free and I'm glad we were able to put our trust in the hands of an expert, because we would have been completely lost without you! Everything was great, really. Our guide, Erik, was spectacular and so energetic. I don't know how he was able to keep up with our group and talk, talk, talk and never let it phase him. Very impressive. He made it worthwhile for us I think because he was so pleasant to be around each day.

Susie, My husband and I took a tour of the Baltic countries with Nordic Saga Tours last month and I wanted to let you know my thoughts! I felt all of the programs and city tours were really well organized, and our guide did a wonderful job of introducing each city to us in unique ways. From Vilnius, to Riga, to Tallinn, I found something new I loved in each location. While similar in many ways, they're also so very different and the history in each city is really interesting. We loved the Hill of Crosses, and the ferry trip to Curonian Spit National Park. Eating Lithuanian food like gira and cepelinai was fun, and so delicious! Old Riga Castle and the many boulevards and streets in that city were so picturesque.
