Oh My! We had just the BEST tour of St. Petersburg. Our East-West representative (state-side), Dora, was just amazing. She was beyond patient and tireless in responding to my questions and requests and went above and beyond to accommodate the add-ons we requested, and got! Thank you Dora!! Our small group, consisted of my husband and me which for most tour agencies would have meant cancellation. East-West just the best. Just wanted to thank Nordic Saga agents for a hard work arranging this fantastic trip for us. We had a wonderful time through all the journey. There is so much greenery in the Baltics! We enjoyed the national parks and beautiful landscapes. Our guide was very nice and professional. This tour was about the outstanding views and the experiences. I should say the food on the ship was outstanding , too, especially if you like fish. The crew was super – friendly, helpful, and very efficient indeed. The crew made our trip very special. The crossing of the Arctic Circle is fun! We picked some excursions which we enjoyed. We didn't go on a lot of excursions as we didn't want to miss some points of interest and ports. The boat is absolutely fine, with a large viewing deck at the back We had one night of quite rough weather but most of the trip is in sheltered water and it was not an issue.
