What an amazing journey! Cruising in a small ship is so different from a big ship experience. With a small Hurtigruten ship you can you get really close to the Norwegian coast and can visit so many ports. Some of the ports were very small and we stayed there just about 15 min but other ports were larger and we could explore the location on foot or take an excursion. The ship captain surprised us how skillfully he was navigating the islands and fjords of the coast. We came very close to the cliffs, almost reaching out to touch some of them. Could not fault the food and staff on board . The ship was very nice, good lounge-bar in front of the ship on deck 7, and there was a lovely coffee bar.

Iceland and Greenland – a very good tour I did a few tours in Iceland but this one was exceptional. My impressions are only positive. The guides were friendly and informative. All other service was efficient. Before this trip Nordic Saga Tours agents were extremely helpful both via email and over the phone and I was very confident in every detail. During the tour each and every activity was well-organized, interesting, and tremendously enjoyable. Greenland's wildlife was stunning as well as all Arctic life. It was very interesting to learn something about Inuit culture. Great photo opportunities, if you want to bring home a piece of these remarkable countries. I still see gigantic icebergs in my dreams.

Express Iceland Tour was amazing Iceland is very expensive so we wanted to see all outstanding places there in a shot time and this was the tour we found the best for our purpose. We enjoyed the trip immensely! All was very well set up. The places we visited were very touristy but our guide was very good and managed to make this trip unique and pleasurable. We visited national parks and were driving along beautiful fjords and past small fishing towns. The black lava beach of Reynisfjara was stunning. Iceland Express Tour – fantastic Iceland! We had little time but wanted to see as much as possible so Nordic Saga Tours offered this tour for us and it was just what we needed. It appeared that it was possible to travel around Iceland just in four days. During this time we saw many fantastic locations like waterfalls , volcanoes and fjords, bathed in geothermal springs and hiked on glacial lagoon. There were lots of short stops for fantastic views and photos. Hotels chosen for us were excellent with super breakfasts. All was just excellent. Good job Nordic Saga! Hi, It was the most spectacular trip of my life and I just want to say thank you so much for helping me to go for this tour. This tour exceeded my expectations. It was just incredible every day. I saw so many wonderful landscapes and learned so much about natural phenomena and history. The photographic opportunities were just amazing. This tour was about the outstanding views and the experiences. I should say the food on the ship was outstanding , too, especially if you like fish. The crew was super – friendly, helpful, and very efficient indeed. The crew made our trip very special. The crossing of the Arctic Circle is fun! We picked some excursions which we enjoyed. We didn't go on a lot of excursions as we didn't want to miss some points of interest and ports. The boat is absolutely fine, with a large viewing deck at the back We had one night of quite rough weather but most of the trip is in sheltered water and it was not an issue.
