Charming old towns of Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn with marvelous Klaipeda! Such wonderful people, public art and architecture. Interesting history—learned a lot. Needed individual hearing devices, though, as we missed too much of the guide’s interesting and funny comments in such a large group. – Bobbi Benson -

Alex was a great help in planning our trip this summer. We had a wonderful time and were very pleased with all of the accommodations (including the hotel recommendations in Helsinki and Stockholm) that he made. The hotel in St Petersburg was well located but was a bit tired; we also did not select the top level accommodations, so we would do that if we were to make the trip again. Our guide (Olga) was also wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and also very flexible/fluid. The guides were excellent and the accommodations were very good as was the transport. Everything was on time and well arranged. Some of the optional events, especially the dinners, were not very attractive to join. Also, some of the people in the tour were not very nice. I generally don't like tours because they are inflexible and you are stuck, so I generally don't take them, but the language barrier here and the simplicity and good pricing led me to join and I was happy to do so. – Paul Uhlir -
