Good morning, Anna! Holly and I have returned from our lovely trip to Scandinavia. We appreciate your working with us to plan it so beautifully. I'd like to offer some feedback—mostly highlights and a few challenges. The hotels you chose were just fine, and you know how wonderful hotel breakfasts are in Europe. The breakfast was especially terrific at the Best Western in Bergen. Yum! The most wonderful hotel was in Ulrik, Norway. We enjoyed an incredible view from our room—water and mountains! The train trips were perfect. The trains were so clean and comfortable. All transportation was excellent, buses and planes included. We made every connection without a hitch.

Hi Susie, I wanted to let you know I enjoyed the Northern Lights tour we took March 20 – 27 immensely. We were so lucky to have Helgi as our tour guide. That man is a walking encyclopedia!! He is also very accommodating, and has a great sense of humor. All important traits when giving a tour to a bunch of people who have never been to Iceland before.  I didn't have any issues. I even bonded with a few other people on the tour so that was nice... (I was traveling alone so I was a bit worried about that.) Thanks for making sure everything was up to my standards. If I travel Scandinavia again someday, I'll shoot you an email. I think I went at the right time of year because the weather was perfect. All guides were knowledgeable, all hotels were clean... The people of Norway were welcoming and friendly.
