I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip to Iceland last week. Oli was a very knowledgeable and personable guide, and Pieter was an excellent driver. Our accommodations were comfortable and clean, and the food was great. Even the weather cooperated! Iceland is a beautiful country with very friendly people. We hope to return some day to see the northern areas.

I wanted to let you know that our trip to Iceland was wonderful!
The Air Travel, Volcanoes & Glaciers Itinerary, Tours, Escorts/Guide, & Lodging/Accommodations were EXCEPTIONAL on every level! :)
Icelandair flights were comfortable (Comfort is a good choice especially on the longer return flight) & flight attendants were pleasant. Keflavik airport is undergoing renovations that contributed to lengthy wait times in hallways prior to boarding but overall they moved the people efficiently (the Icelandair Lounge in Kev was outstanding.

The guides, drivers, hotels and general organization were great. I especially have to mention Maria (Marsha) Ganina (St Petersburg) who was the best guide I have ever had on a tour – and as you know, I have travelled extensively. She was even able to find and return my umbrella to me after I left it in the left-luggage store at the Hermitage! Wonderful person and extraordinarily well-versed in the history of St P's and Russia in general. She became a friend to all of us in a professional manner. 

Hello Dora, This tour was a great value and nice quality. I was surprised that it didn't take a fortune to travel for more than 3 weeks, visit Scandinavia, Baltic countries and Russia, stay in 4* hotels with almost all meals included and have such an amazing time. Bobby, My wife and I have returned from our Russian tour and had a great time. Thanks again for everything. From the help with our airline tickets, to planning the best tour to fit our needs, you were patient and helpful the entire time. Neither of us could be away from work for too long but were itching to travel, so this short tour was perfect for us. We were able to relax and see so much in just 5 days. It was nice being able to leave the planning up to the professional and go with the flow. Very hassle free! We enjoyed it all. The hotels were spotless and the staff always helped us and answered questions when we needed it. St. Petersburg is a gorgeous city and I'm so glad we got a chance to experience it together.

Dear Alex, Wow! I never thought such a short trip to Russia could be that packed full of sightseeing and adventures! We loved every minute. Thanks for helping us hammer out all the details and also for smoothing over any concerns we had before leaving. You're very professional and I can tell you care a lot about your clients' happiness. Loved the Finnish crystal we picked up in Helsinki, and the shot of vodka was the perfect welcoming to Russia we were hoping for! Visiting St. Isaac's Cathedral and Catherine's Palace was remarkable. Places I've read about my whole life but never actually thought I'd get a chance to see them up close. Very cool.
