Hi Susie, I just wanted to connect and tell you that the Nordic tour was great fun. The arrangements worked perfectly--when we boarded the ship we got all the necessary documents. Our Russian guide met us at the dock as planned along with a driver, and she was extremely knowledgeable about Russian history and art. We visited several sights in St Petersburg, and spent several hours at The Hermitage. Hi Bobby, I have been waiting to receive a questionnaire or a mail from you regarding the tour I took with you in June, but I never received anything so I write to you. Thank you very much for a wonderful, punctual, extremely professional and well organized trip. We didn´t have to wait a single minute for a guide or transit, everywhere we went we had already been expected or someone was about to come and pull out a name sign. The times you indicated in your information were perfect to either avoid crowds or get there in time. The program was well chosen and helped get a perfect first impression. As promised the guides could either communicated in English or German.

Hi Susie Thank you for organizing all my trips. The Baltics tour with Baltic Vision was very very good. Very well managed and organized. The same for the St Petersburg- Helsinki trip. The tour guide and driver were awesome. I really liked the private tour. I was a little apprehensive about the hotel in Russia. It was not 4 star and not what I am used to. Susie, I just wanted to let you know (belatedly) that we had a wonderful time on the tour. Anna was a great guide, our fellow travelers were congenial and interesting, the scenery was lovely, the itinerary was well planned, and the meals were delicious. In St. Petersburg, Katya did an excellent job of showing us the sights, offering suggestions for exploring on our own, and educating us about Russian culture, past and present. Hi, Susie! Just a quick note to tell you how much my husband, Tom Lakeman, and I enjoyed our trip to Scandinavia. Our compliments especially to Anne, our guide with Robinson Scandinavia. She was fantastic, very knowledgeable, with attention to detail that was much appreciated. We would certainly hope you share our compliments with her superiors. Norway was outstandingly beautiful. The trip was well planned, with accommodations well chosen for location and proximity, and the food was very good . We were disappointed with Maria in Helsinki the last night. Her only task was to provide information regarding airport transportation but that was not provided in a timely and professional manner.

HI Susie !! My trip to Norway with Nordic Saga was just awesome. It was beyond my wildest expectations... The communications were not the best at the beginning of the booking, but once I got started in Oslo, all went well. I loved Robinsons tour guide too.
