Baltic Tour Review
Hey Alex, Writing to you just two weeks after returning from our amazing Baltic tour. I'm still floating in the clouds daydreaming about the time we spent there. Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia are all gorgeous countries (even their names are beautiful!) and I was in heaven the entire time. The food was to die for in Riga and Vilnius! I think the friendliest people (or at least tourist friendly people) live in Lithuania. There was a calm feeling I felt, almost a feeling of being at home while we were there. The weather in Tallinn was crummy; it rained almost the entire time, so maybe that's why I don't have such fond memories of it like I do for Vilnius. Oh well, we still had a good time! The Novotel was probably my favorite hotel.
Baltic Tour from Vilnius Review
Bobby, We're back from our Baltic trip and wanted to give your company a nice review. Thanks for helping us plan this tour and for answering our many questions the day before we left. (I'm glad we were able to get my passport situation figured out in time!) The tour itself was lovely of course. I love Europe so I was really excited to see three countries I've never visited before. Only small downfall – I had a terrible sinus infection when we got to Tallinn. It was awful! I was miserable, but Alma (our guide) quickly found some medication for me and made sure I was comfortable in my hotel room before everyone left for the tour on day 6. I was sad to miss it, but I needed to rest.
Vilnius and beyond tour
Dear Dora, Cindy and I went on your Classical Baltic tour from Vilnius a few months ago and loved every minute of it. I really enjoyed chatting with you beforehand while you told me about your experiences as a child in Vilnius. It's such a beautiful city, I thought of you and your wonderful stories while we were there. St. John's Church, the ancient Bell Tower, and Bernadine Garden were all really special places in Vilnius. I also couldn't get enough of the cepelinai. I think the food in Lithuania was my favorite. Everyone wouldn't stop talking about the pastries in Riga, but I wasn't a big fan myself; I enjoy heartier dishes.
Tour Review of Baltic Countries
Susie We toured the Baltics and visited Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia with your group in August, 2014. The tour was well organized and an easy format to see all 3 countries in 7 days. All the guides were helpful and knowledgeable. Novotel in Vilnius amazing: great location and food, excellent service. Radisson Blu in Riga is too big, though in excellent location, but we prefer smaller hotels. Overall very good value for the price. Would certainly recommend you to our friends in Australia hoping to travel the Baltic countries. Best Regards, Elan and Becka Wagner – Elan and Becka Wagner -
Classical Baltic Circle from Riga
Dear Bobby, Sending a quick message to you about our trip to the Baltics; Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Wow! What a beautiful part of the world. We really enjoyed the trip and discovering hidden gems in places like Nida and Klaipeda. The hotels were spectacular, though the one in Nida was a bit on the warm side. I can't say enough great things about our guide, Dahlia. We really learned a lot from her! Thank you East West Tours for making this trip unforgettable and I will definitely be recommending you to our friends who wish to tour the Baltics in the future. Sally Meyers – Sally Meyers -
Baltic Countries Tour
Dear Dora, My husband and I have returned home from our Baltic tour and I wanted to reach out and say thank you for all of your help! We had a wonderful time visiting these beautiful countries. I think I was most enamored with Riga... There's just something about the nightlife there. Seeing the city from up high was spectacular. The rooftops were beautifully painted and so colorful... and at night, the city lights were just twinkling. The tours themselves were great, very educational. The churches were all SO gorgeous. I enjoyed all of the delicious food, but again, I think Riga stuck out for me the most so maybe I favored the food there a little bit...
